We deliver a wide range of integrated shipping, logistics and marine services to the energy and shipping industries. We also serve specialised sectors like marine leisure, sports and events, automotive and aviation providing complex and time-critical logistics solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to be based at our Aberdeen office.


The key responsibilities are:

  • Ensuring all activity is carried out with a high and pro-active QHSSE mentality
  • Liaising with logistics colleagues, warehouse and clients to ensure requirements are met
  • Ensuring all cargo is safely handled and stored
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Packing and securing of containers for shipping
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to all communications into the warehouse, including monitoring and processing e-mail requests and queries
  • Forklift duties – loading/unloading transport, put away in warehouse/yard
  • Goods in, line checking and put away – both physically and using our in-house stock management system

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Have a good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture
  • Experience using Microsoft office products
  • Attention to detail
  • A desire to continually improve 
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (not essential as training can be arranged)
