Shipping Boarding Officer (Licensed Personal only)

Join GAC Trinidad Shipping Department team as a Shipping Boarding Officer (Fully Licensed person), based in Chaguaramas, Trinidad.

The successful candidate’s role will handle boarding procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Location: Trinidad (Chaguaramas based) but attend other ports as needed

• Department: Shipping

• Role: Shipping Boarding officer (Licensed) - Trinidad Nationals Only

• Hold a valid boarding full license for the specified role in Trinidad (Mandatory)

• Physically fit to / board vessels 

• Minimum 3-5 years experience is a must and past experience is mandatory.

• Ability to work efficiently odd times / as per vessel schedules.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Knowledge of vessel boarding, Immigration, Trinidad procedures and regulations

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with projects.
