Responsibilities

• Preparation of Proforma Disbursement Accounts

• Dealing with Principals

• Service arrangements with vendors/providers

• Dealing with port authorities/terminals and boarding ships for port clearance

• Preparation and dispatch of Final Disbursement Accounts

• Following up with Principals for outstanding balances

Requirements

•       2 years’ experience in similar positions

•       Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

•       Ability to effectively use Office 365 applications

An ideal candidate should:

show strong organizational and multitasking skills.

be adaptable to change and eager to learn; and

possess a driving license
