Job description

We are looking to expand our logistics business in Bahrain, and we are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to help us do it. Might you be the one for us?

 

The successful candidate will maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and proactive engagement. The role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  •  Acquire new business in logistics by meeting customers in person, via telephone calls, email and planned visits, fostering long-term collaboration.

  • Use virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers and actively source new sales opportunities through calls, visits and emails.

  • Maintain customer relationships and records of customer details/sales visits.

  • Identify and execute strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales and profit, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Identify potential customers and register opportunities.

  • Ensure better utilization of bonded facilities while handling transit shipments to enhance revenue cycle management.

  • Travel as required for business development activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Should be able to communicate in both Arabic and English

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
