Senior Manager

The Senior Manager is responsible and accountable for the strategic leadership of the company to ensure its present and future commercial viability.

He/she is also responsible for monitoring and improving the company’s effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing and coordinating business operations and employees, formulating policies, establishing a highly motivated work environment, creating innovative approaches for improvement and identifying business opportunities.

He/she is responsible to monitor all shipping, logistics, marine and related services and ensure that quality services are offered to principals with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Educational Qualification

Postgraduate degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration or other relevant discipline

Professional Qualification

At least 15 years’ industry experience

Specialist Knowledge

Strong commercial background and proven positive track record in achieving results and taking staff responsibility.

Communication / Language

Proven interpersonal skills. Highly advanced communication skills and confidence in leading group conversations. Excellent written and verbal Greek and English.

Computer Aptitude

Competent user of programs commonly used in business (MS Office applications). Ability to learn other relevant applications.

Detailed Experience Levels

At least 8 years’ extensive leadership and management experience
