Role: Senior Business Support Executive (Indoor Sales)

The Job
Providing efficient administrative and sales support to the management and logistics sales teams. If appointed, you will support quotation management, procurement, vendor coordination, telesales and sales lead development, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of business activities.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations, monitoring strike rates and ensuring adherence to response timelines.
Coordinate procurement and vendor management to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
Support outdoor sales teams and branch offices with documentation, quotes and client information.
Liaise with global offices and agents to monitor sales leads, shipment progress and trade lane development.
Conduct telesales and follow-up activities to promote GAC services and generate business opportunities.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and reporting, including weekly, monthly and annual sales analysis, as required.
Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
At least 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics; 5+ years in a similar role is preferable.
Experience in quotation management, procurement, sales support and vendor coordination.
Customer service experience in a logistics company with strong quotations skills will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
