Job description
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join our fast paced - dynamic team in the finance department at GAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project accounts, vessel disbursements, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards in par IFRS. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for the shipping industry, we want to hear from you. Job requires to work odd times / based on project demands and deadlines.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Shipping related finance, PDA, FDA finalizations.
- FCCA or other professional finance qualifications is a must !!
- Dealing with project vessels, fast faced work experience is a must.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, other Microsoft applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
