GAC Sharjah is looking for candidates for the role of “Sales Support” to be based in Sharjah. Could it be you?
- Provide first line support related to customer queries and perform proactively to find alternative solutions as required.
- Assure timely attendance of all enquiries / queries to secure business.
- Handover of confirmed enquiries with necessary documents & client SDPs to Customer Service/Operations colleagues for execution and regularly follow up to ensure shipment moves as per the client’s requirements.
- Stand in for any operational/sales requirements when needed to ensure seamless delivery to the client and smooth running of the department.
Qualification: Qualification: Graduate, University degree.
Compute knowledge: Proficient with MS Office package, especially Excel and willing and with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience: One year experience, preferably in similar industry.
