About the role :

The Sales Executive is a new role created as part of our exciting growth and expansion plans. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and growing a critical division of the organization as part of a team whose focus is to grow profitable revenue and meet specific company objectives by focusing on market penetration, customer retention, and the development and acquisition of new business, maintaining credit control over credit clients, and getting market information on projects and competitors to update the database.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a new business strategy, KPI reporting and key operations management.

  • Strategically plan to maintain and rapidly grow the number of satisfied clients.

  • Budget and cost control in line with the business divisions growth prospects.

  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Tasks

  • Identify clients in the sector, and propose end-to-end solutions and other services.

  • Develop an intimate understanding of customers’ business using variety of sources, identify and explore the commercial opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain long term strategic relationship with clients

  • Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support, but also enhance our current product portfolio.

  • Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risk and opportunities and identify plans to address those.

  • Formulate long term business objectives and targets for Key Accounts.

  • Marketing of GAC and its services, through promotions, events, etc.

  • Sales, including account planning, field sales & support.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Manage and achieve the target revenue of the department by creating a relationship with a client and bringing in new customers, agents and partners.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply chain/Sales/Logistics Department/End-to-End solutions.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Other languages (written and spoken) beneficial
