Pricing Coordinator

We are looking for the right person to join GAC’s team in Bahrain as a results-driven Pricing Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the commercial team by managing freight rates, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring pricing accuracy across priority trade lanes. Duties involve close coordination with carriers, agents, and internal teams to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from the local market, rate negotiation with carriers, agents and booking confirmation.

• Handle enquiries from our overseas agents and circulate our local tariff as and when required.

• Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge.

• Initiate price and cost simulations to find the best solutions for the customer

• Handle various freight tenders. 

• Support in updating and maintaining centralized templates and tariffs with a focus on priority lanes.

• Preparation of the reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, sales support, or logistics coordination.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding and international shipping is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
