As a result of continued growth in business in Australia, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our operations team in Dampier (Karratha).
Job requirements
OPERATIONS OFFICER
This successful applicant will be responsible for all facets of vessel operations from attending to vessels and Master's requirements, to preparation of ship and cargo documentation and liaison with the relevant port authorities and service providers. You will work with a motivated team that offers great workplace culture, passionate, caring, and experienced colleagues, who work together to deliver outstanding results to maintain our market position.
Applicant should:
• Have an MSIC or be eligible to apply
• Have a valid Driver's Licence
• Be computer literate
• Have good accuracy and attention to detail
• Have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Be team oriented
This full-time role for an Operations Officer, Dampier WA will be reporting to the Port Manager.
Candidates will need to be flexible with working hours as role requires work at weekends, public holidays and times outside of usual office hours.
Experience within the ship agency business is preferred but not essential, training will be provided to the right motivated candidate.
