What would your day at GAC look like?

·         Leading and developing the MATS Operations Team

·         Day-to-day management of Operational Personnel

·         Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders

·         Preparing and issuing accurate, timely customer invoices

·         Increasing operational efficiency and service quality by driving continuous improvement initiatives

·         Meeting financial targets for the MATS Department by increasing revenue in line with forecasts and budgets

·         Conducting regular audits of operators work

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marine and Terminal Services related work

  • OOW and STCW Certifications preferred

  • Appointed Person Certification desirable but not essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and new situations
