What You’ll Do:

Manage and execute key operational procedures and KPIs to ensure smooth operations.

Spot and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities, driving financial efficiency.

Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams and international contacts (e.g., ship owners, charterers).

Oversee port calls and funding, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Troubleshoot and investigate delays, implementing proactive solutions to prevent future issues.

Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster strong, open communication with the Hub Manager and team, ensuring everyone stays on track.

Supervise operating agents to maintain high accountability and top performance.

Develop and refine local procedures that align with corporate goals and prioritize exceptional customer service.

Maintain professionalism and composure, even in challenging situations.

Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all dealings.
