Role Overview: The Operations Executive at The Hub is responsible for managing operational and financial matters for our customers. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as the candidate will handle confidential data and engage with individuals at all levels, both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to operational procedures and KPIs.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Communicate with internal staff and external contacts (e.g., ship owners, charterers).

  • Coordinate and supervise port calls and funding.

  • Investigate delays and implement preventive actions.

  • Evaluate and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain open communication with the Hub Manager and team.

  • Oversee operating agents to ensure accountability.

  • Develop local procedures aligned with corporate goals for customer service.

  • Maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

  • Uphold high standards of integrity and compliance.
