We are looking for candidates for the role of Operations Executive for Offshore Projects in Kuwait.

We employ more than 70 experts in Kuwait, delivering a wide range of integrated shipping, logistics, and marine services with the highest standards of customer service.

We are currently looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our Offshore Projects team.

Job Description

·       Handle day-to-day port and crew change operations

·       Co-ordinate with principals, client representatives on site and local port authorities

·       Timely arrange visas and accommodation for crew members

·       Enter data into accounting software and prepare invoices

·       Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)

• Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping and logistics

• Knowledge of port operations and crew changing process

·       BA Degree (preferable)

·       Working knowledge of MS Office

·       Fluent in English and Arabic

·       Valid Kuwait light driving license (preferable)
