Job description

The role of the Logistics Specialist is to organize logistics/cross border job coordination for the company.

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the effective and professional handling of air/sea/land import & export products, as well as clearing & forwarding and warehousing. Once a commercial agreement is reached, the Logistics Specialist ensures that all documentation is complete and correct, cargo moves at the scheduled time, and all key stakeholders are kept updated.

Job requirements

Qualification: Graduate, University degree.

Computer knowledge: Proficient with MS Office package, especially Excel, and willing and able to learn new software quickly.

Professional skills: Knowledge of local customs/port clearance rules and regulations. Working knowledge of Logistics.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience handline shipments and freight forwarding in/to/from the Middle East or Indian Sub-Continent, including South East Asia & Far East.
