Could you be our new Logistics Coordinator?

Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Department: Logistics

Employment Type:  Full-time

Travel requirements: As required

Key Tech/Tools: MS Office, GAC Freight System (GF)

What would your day at GAC look like?

  • Coordinating and handling logistics operations including shipments, documentation, and job files

  • Preparing quotations and ensuring timely submission to customers

  • Verifying shipment data and ensuring the accuracy of documentation

  • Providing regular updates to customers on shipment status

  • Coordinating with carriers, brokers and vendors to ensure smooth operations

  • Arranging cargo movement, delivery and customs clearance

  • Ensuring timely billing, invoicing and job closure

  • Maintaining proper shipment records and tracking

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

Education: Diploma / pre-university or equivalent (or similar qualification)

Experience: 1–2 years in logistics or a related field

Technical Skills: MS Office, data entry skills

Soft skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork
