GAC Abu Dhabi is seeking candidates for the position of Junior Sales Coordinator - Logistics at our GT Office in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring to undertake import and export sales activities to grow and maintain the client base through proactive communication and engagement while learning the logistics sales main functions and revenue generation. Your responsibilities will include:
Pitching GAC services to prospects, generate leads, and transferring potential leads for proposal preparation, follow- up and finalization by Sales Team/ Management.
Attending event venues in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions as well as trade shows at ADNEC, DWTC, and Dubai Expo City.
Regularly following up and meeting different customers through pre-planned visits or cold calling.
Submitting bi-weekly sales reports (DSR) of field activities.
Attending number of visits (05) per day within Abu Dhabi as defined by Management.
Creating content for GAC Abu Dhabi’s LinkedIn profile and/or any other media avenues, in line with GAC’s corporate communication policies
Any other duties requested or delegated by the manager to ensure the service level of the company is maintained.

Job requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Fluency in English (verbal and written communication skills).
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain customer relations while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications and Experience:
Highschool or Diploma
Fresher / 1 – 2 years’ experience
Previous experience in a sales role preferred.
