Designation: Junior Customer Services Executive – Marine Logistics Support

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

 

We are looking for the right person to join our team in Sri Lanka as a Junior Customer Services Executive – Marine Logistics Support.

What Would Your Day Look Like?

If appointed, you will coordinate with overseas agents and customers to manage shipment status updates and documentation requirements, while handling daily enquiries and ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders. You will also support billing, invoicing and shipment documentation processes, maintain accurate shipment and billing records in internal systems, and collaborate closely with the Marine Logistics team to deliver seamless and efficient customer service.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer and overseas agent enquiries related to marine logistics shipments.

  • Coordinate with internal and international teams to resolve operational issues.

  • Negotiate rates and pricing with agents and vendors.

  • Prepare, verify and issue freight service invoices.

  • Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized records.

  • Provide support and training for new team members.

Qualifications & Experience
