GAC North America - Logistics is looking for candidates for the role of Customer Service Coordinator, to be based in Houston, Texas. Could it be you?

Job Description

  • Communicate effectively with various internal and external Teams to guarantee that the customer objectives are met
  • Servicing the existing customer base and enhance service level
  • Identify new sales opportunities that can general new revenue
  • Manage customer expectations and enhance service level
  • Track and trace shipments from departure to arrival, alerting clients accordingly.
  • Liaison with Overseas Partners/Agents.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, overseas agent, associates, internal or inter-department to arrange the execution of shipment(s).
  • Adhere to company policies on HSSE, Compliance, etc.

Job requirements

Job Requirement

  • DSE graduation or Supply Chain & Logistics certificates OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to customer service issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
