Job description

  • Create bookings, monitor and track/trace cargo shipments

  • Coordinate with related teams for equipment release & space approval or changes (vessel delays, roll over etc)

  • Track documents/shipments

  • Provide customer service, inform updated sailing schedule, modify bookings when necessary /upon request

  • Follow guidelines to ensure smooth loading

  • Ensure work is done within a required time frame

  • Maintain status reports for shipments

Job requirements

• BSc in Maritime Studies

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent command of the English Language

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office suite

• Methodical, organized approach with strong time management skills


An ideal candidate should

-Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities

-Be adaptable to change and eager to learn

-Possess a valid driving license
