Job description
Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Full Spectrum HR Management: Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and offboarding.
- Foreign Pass Application: Process and manage foreign work pass applications (WP, SP, EP) in accordance with Singapore's immigration regulations.
- Training and Development: Timely updates on training record, Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and comTimely updates on training record, Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills anpetencies.
- Staff Welfare, Insurance, and Childcare Claims: Manage employee welfare programs, administer insurance claims and policies, and process childcare and maternity claims as required.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and a seamless offboarding process for departing employees.
- MOM Surveys: Ensure timely completion of any MOM surveys sent to the company, such as the Labour Market Survey, to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HRIS Systems: Accurately input and manage employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Utilize HRIS systems effectively to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating presentations, analyzing data, and drafting documents/letters.
- Document Management: Maintain and ensure proper documentation of HR-related records for easy retrieval of information when required.
- Carry out all other activities as assigned by superiors.

Requirements
- Availability: Immediate
- Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong focus on generalist HR functions.
- Proven experience in handling foreign work pass applications (WP, SP, EP).
- Knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and other relevant labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
