Role: HUB Coordinator – Korean Speaking

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

We are looking for a Korean speaking Hub Coordinator to join our team in Sri Lanka.

What are we looking for?

  1. Korean Speaking (writing will be an additional benefit)

  2. Experience: 1-2 years in Shipping Operations background (Preferred)

  3. Education: Degree Holder

  4. Technical Skills: MS Office & basic IT skills

Job requirements

What would your day at GAC look like?

If appointed, you will:

· Coordinate and manage the assigned Principal's ship agency operational requirements and voyage management activities

· Promptly notify immediate team leaders of any discrepancies or issues encountered during vessel operations

· Update GAC Ship with all relevant operational information in accordance with client and management requirements

· Ensure voyage orders and port call appointment emails are received from the Principal(s)

· Verify that all jobs and corresponding voyage orders or appointment emails are accurately registered in GAC Ship

· Review and approve Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs)

· Manage fund requests and oversee the processing of fund payments

· Monitor vessel operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution

· Verify the accuracy and completeness of Statements of Facts (SOF) entries

· Provide operational support to the Hub Operations team and perform miscellaneous duties as required

· Investigate, document and report Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) incidents in accordance with company procedures
