We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in Grangemouth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Support with the management of the HR mailbox and dealing with general enquiries
• Input and maintenance of data onto HR systems
• Ensuring all HR records are kept updated and complaint with GDPR
• Production of accurate HR reports
• Provide administrative support to the HR team throughout the full employment cycle
• General ad hoc administration
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Two years minimum experience working within a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications preferred
• Ability to work well within a team and to own initiative
