GAC is a world-class provider of shipping, logistics and marine services. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our 80+ strong team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will own and lead the HR function in Kuwait, supported by Administration, IT and Finance teams, and report directly to the Managing Director. You will play a strategic and hands-on role, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives, GAC Group standards, and Kuwait Labour Law.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company and GAC Group objectives.

• Work with management on workforce planning, talent development, and organisational growth.

·       Manage and administer HRIS, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with Kuwait Labour Law and GAC Group standards.

• Drive performance management, training programs, and career progression.

·       Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

• Work closely with the Administration, IT, and Finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR Manager role, ideally in a multinational or complex business environment

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree in HR or related field will be considered an added advantage

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Strong MS Office skills

• Ability to balance planning and execution within a lean organisation

• Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment

• Fluency in English
