Human Resources Administrator

Location: Piraeus, Greece

We’re looking for the right person to join our team providing shipping, logistics and marine services in Greece as an HR Administrator.

Could it be you?

The job

·         Employment and personnel administration

·         Processing pre-employment background security screening

·         Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process

·         Setting policy and procedures setting and ensuring their practical application across the business

·         Monitoring and reporting absences for all personnel

·         Accurate input and maintenance of accurate HR data in the HR Information System

·         Ad-hoc support on cyclical HR projects

·         Creating spreadsheets to manipulate data

·         Assisting the resourcing team by arranging interviews

·         Keeping up-to-date with regulations and practices

·         Supporting the appraisal and performance management process

What we are looking for

·         Accuracy and a strong eye for detail

·         Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly

·         Excellent organizational skills; planning – prioritization – time management

·         Awareness/understanding of core Employee Legislation and policies

·         Can-do, positive attitude

·         Empathetic and people-centric approach

·         Excellent command of the English Language

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite
