Role: HR & Admin Officer
Location: Hong Kong

Could you be our new HR & Admin Officer ?
Location: Hong Kong office.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Department / Team: Management Support
Employment Type: Full Time
Travel requirements: Occasional travel to Shenzhen for Recruitment activities
What would your day at GAC look like?
Driving/supporting initiatives that integrate HR and administrative activities into the company’s QMS framework.
Monitoring and reporting employee completion status for GCA mandatory courses; planning annual training programmes to meet legal requirements and staff development needs.
Overseeing organisation-wide training needs and maintaining training records.
Analysing training effectiveness and make recommendations for internal, external, or GCA in-house learning resources.
Developing, updating, distributing and communicating HR and administrative policies and guidelines.
Conducting induction programmes for new joiners on their first day.
Supporting daily administrative operations including company notices, office management, facility maintenance, insurance and supplies.
Ensuring data confidentiality, security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Implementing and maintaining the company’s performance management processes.
Coordinating with management and Heads of Departments on employee relations matters to foster a positive and transparent working environment.
Providing strategic HR recommendations to management on people initiatives, performance and organisational development.
Plannning/executing proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business direction.
Managing recruitment, interviewing, job descriptions, onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with local laws and GAC standards.
Work Location : Landmark East, AIA Kowloon Tower, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong

Job requirements
What are we looking for?
Education: Diploma or above in related discipline
Experience: At least 3 years in HR & Administration, preferably with exposure to HR practices in Shenzhen
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Hong Kong labour law, knowledge of Mainland China labour law. Proficiency in MS office applications.
Soft skills: Pro-active, independent, and well-organised / strong communication & interpersonal skills / Fluency in Chinese and English (Cantonese, Mandarin & English, spoken & written).
