Finance System Administrator

If you have what it takes to join our team in Dammam as our new Finance System Administrator, we want to hear from you.

What would your day at GAC look like?

If appointed, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing GAC’s finance systems in Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth operations, accurate master data and seamless integrations across business applications.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Administration and maintenance of Dolphin.NET, Eyeshare, and other finance-related systems.

• Managing customer and vendor master data, onboarding, credit limits and banking information.

• Monitoring system integrations and workflows to ensure accurate and uninterrupted data flow.

• Managing user access, security roles, approval limits, and delegation settings.

• Providing first-line support and troubleshooting for finance system users.

• Supporting system upgrades, testing activities, and implementation of new features.

• Providing user training, maintaining documentation, and supporting audit requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a similar field.

• Experience working with ERP systems, finance systems support, master data management or finance IT support.

• Strong understanding of master data governance and user access management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
