Finance Manager - Spain

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for numbers and maritime operations? GAC Spain, a leading provider of shipping and logistics services, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations across Spanish ports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Provide financial insights to support shipping and logistics operations.

• Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and maritime regulations.

• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger activities.

• Manage cash flow and cost control across multiple port locations.

• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to align financial goals.

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

• Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).

  • CPA, ACCA, or CIMA certification is a plus.

  • 5+ years of finance experience, including 2+ in a managerial role.

  • Experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry.

  • Strong ERP and financial software skills (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
