The Role
Are you ready to kickstart your career in finance while gaining a nationally recognised qualification? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Apprentice to join our team in Grangemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, working towards your AAT Certificate in Accounting at SCQF Level 6.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll gain hands-on experience by rotating through three key areas of our finance department:
Management Accounts – learn the day-to-day finance operations, assisting with month-end reporting, budgets and audits.
Accounts Payable – Get involved in processing invoices, managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely payments
Credit Control – Help monitor customer accounts, chase outstanding payments and maintain healthy cash flow
This rotation will give you a well-rounded foundation in finance, helping you understand how each function contributes to the bigger picture.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine interest in finance and accounting
Strong numeracy and organisational skills
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
National 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
