Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Operator to join our Air Department based in Athens.

If successful, you will be responsible for coordinating air export shipments, ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering high-quality service to clients and global partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating/managing end-to-end air export shipment processes

  • Verifying/processing export shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Ensuring full adherence with airport authorities and IATA regulations, as well as commercial practices

  • Cross-checking commercial documents, AWBs, and shipment manifests

  • Repacking shipments, when required, according to IATA regulations (straps/ stretch film etc.)

  • Clear and effective communication with clients, agents, airlines, and suppliers

Job requirements

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines

·         Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset

·         Customer-focused approach

·         1–2 years of experience in import/export operations

·         Intermediate level of English language skills

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications
