GAC Abu Dhabi is seeking candidates for the position of Documents Clerk at our GT Office in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide specialist invoicing support to the Service Delivery Team, maximising the department's efficiencies and smart working.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  1.    Analysing billing structure and ensuring supplier bills are in order.

  2.    Managing status of accounts/balances and identifying inconsistencies.

  3.    Coordinating and ensuring invoices are dispatched to the customer, and maintaining records.

  4.    Providing solutions to any customer dispute related to invoicing.

  5.    Issuing bills, receipts and invoices on a timely basis.

  6.    Receiving closed job files for invoicing of Air, Sea & CNF for all categories.

  7.    Following up with agents for all billing and collection-related activities.

Job requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of accounting standards.

Understanding and listening skills.

Excellent speaking, reading & writing skills in English.

Computer literate with special emphasis on MS Office.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Highschool or Diploma

Fresher / 1 – 2 years’ experience

Previous experience in an admin / account’s role preferred.
