GAC Brazil is looking for candidates for the role of Documentation Analyst. Could it be you?

We are currently recruiting for a Documentation Analyst to be based at our Rio de Janeiro office.

The Key Responsibilities Are

• Insertion of information in the merchant system (scale / manifest / CE Mercante)

• Issuance of BL (export / Import)

• Monitoring the movement of vessels to control entry and exit from the port (berthing and Unberthing of Siscomex cargo)

• Monitoring of operations with the EBN and shipper for the issuance of the NF and CT-e for the release of vessels (Cabotage)

• Monitoring of operations to the Shipper for issuance of the invoice and release of vessels (Export)

• AFRMM payment or benefit request delivery control (cabotage)

• Receipt of cargo in the single portal

• Manifestation of load in the single portal

• Issuance of the CTAC and single annex (Petrobras cabotage)

• Assist the Northeast branches in the issuance of documentation

• Align with the broker / importer the necessary information for inclusion of the CE- Mercante avoiding possible blockages and import fines.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, be able to produce and maintain accurate documents, have a good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture, and have experience using Microsoft Office products.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow demonstrating versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ proven experience in an documentation position.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to establish solid rapport with customers and internal customers.
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of team
  • Upon completion of training, you will join the duty rotation which consists of evening and weekend work as we are available 24/7 for our customers.
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal.
