Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

If you are an experienced, detail‑oriented professional with strong expertise in shipping port agency operations and disbursement accounts, you could be the person we’re looking for to join the PT Andhika GAC team in Jakarta.

As Disbursement Supervisor, you will oversee the preparation and review of vessel Disbursement Accounts, ensuring all port and service charges are accurate and well controlled. You will work closely with Operations and Finance departments, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure timely submission of disbursement accounts, resolution of discrepancies, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.

Duties will include:

·        Supervising preparation and review of vessel Disbursement Accounts (DA)

·        Ensuring accuracy of port, terminal, and service charges

·        Timely submission of DAs to principals after vessel completion

·        Coordination with Operations, Finance, port authorities and vendors

·        Monitoring cost control and resolving discrepancies

·        Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures

·        Guiding and supporting the disbursement team

What we’re looking for:

• More than 5 years of experience in shipping port agency operation and shipping disbursement accounts

• Agency background preferred 

• Interest in computers/systems preferred 

• Experience with vessel operations is desired 

Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Economics

·        5+ years’ working experience in a related field

·        Good understanding of tax (VAT, WHT)

·        Good understanding of journal entries and Indonesian taxation

·        Proficient in Ms Office; especially Ms Excel

·        Able to work both in a team and as an individual.

·        Hard worker able to meet deadlines

·        Good Interpersonal skills, organised and detail-oriented

·        Proficient in English
