PT Andhika GAC is looking for candidates for the role of Disbursement Coordinator to be based in Jakarta. Could it be you?
Looking for:
- Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in shipping port agency operation and shipping disbursement accounts
- Candidates with agency background preferred
- Candidates with interest in computers/systems preferred
- Experience with vessel operations is desired
Job Description
• Screening FDA from local agent/suppliers/vendors
• Checking correctness of port tariffs
• Studying and checking the FDA based on Worldscale, Incoterms
• Cross-checking the various agreements and contracts between ship operators and agents
• Calculation of port dues against the estimated time in port
• Analytical review of FDA and examination of quoted values
• Checking of rates quoted and taking suitable steps to prevent loss on the FDA
• Amend proforma submitted by the agents.
• Prepare and submit FDA
• Follow-up with the local agent/supplier/vendor for FDA/Invoice
Responsibility
- Co-ordinating operations with all groups from original notification of ships ETA until all cargo is removed from the dock.
- Interacting with port and customs authorities for operation and vessel clearances.
- Managing shipping agency operations such as making D/A format calculator, SOF, and other shipping forms.
- Handling all aspects of a vessel Disbursement Account.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Economics
- Fresh Graduate up to 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Good understanding of tax (VAT, WHT)
- Good understanding of journal entries and Indonesian taxation
- Proficient in Ms Office; especially Ms Excel
- Able to work both in a team and as an individual.
- Hard worker able to meet deadlines
- Good Interpersonal skills, organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in English
