We are currently recruiting for an Customs Coordinator to be based at our Stockton-on-Tees office.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Effectively arranging and coordinating accurate processing of customers' cargo through relevant customs systems.
- Ensuring that all work adheres to regulatory standards and company quality procedures.
- Supporting various tasks within your department as required and assigned by your line manager.
- Ensuring that all work is performed accurately and within the agreed-upon departmental KPIs.
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in processing customs clearance entries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualification in functional skills for English and Mathematics.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with other members of the operations team.
- Experience using Microsoft office products.
