GAC Ras Al Khaimah is looking for candidates for the role of Customer Service Representative to be based in Ras Al Khaimah. Could it be you?

Job Responsibilities

Provides first line support to our existing customers, managing all queries relating to the assigned customers’ accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing, submitting and gaining approval for quotations and handling any issues that may arise to overall building of strong, long-term customer relationships. Ensures that documents sets are complete and correct, cargo moves at the scheduled time and all key stakeholders are kept informed and up to date. Internally acts as an intermediary between sales and operation functions, providing support and clarity which ensures the smooth execution of shipments.

Job requirements

  • Graduate, University degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar industry, ideally within the UAE.
  • Thorough knowledge in local customs/port clearance rules and regulations.
