At GAC Cargo System Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to be based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, to deliver exceptional customer service, and support the expansion of our business.

 

Duties include:

  • Manage existing customer accounts through timely, professional communication

  • Handle customer enquiries, service requests and operational updates

  • Track and trace shipments

  • Accurate, timely data entry into internal operating systems and third-party platforms

  • Verify job cost allocations, provisions and billing information to ensure invoicing accuracy

  • Coordinate submission of documentation for invoice preparation, e-billing and dispatch

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and financial reports

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company procedures

  • Ensure compliance with customs, port, airport, and international trade regulations

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service quality

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth logistics operations

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related field

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics or freight forwarding

  • Experience in logistics, shipping or freight forwarding operations is an advantage

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in written and spoken communication

  • Office-based role; commute to Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
