GAC Shipping S.A. in Greece (www.gac.com/greece) is a leading provider of logistics, shipping and marine services, and we are currently looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our team in Piraeus.
Confirm freight bookings and tracking orders for timely delivery
Track and monitor the status of orders
Set up documentation as per requests
Work closely with the Sales Department to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations
Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Timely handling of customer queries
Serve as a professional representative for the company
Job requirements
BSc or equivalent degree
2 years’ experience in a similar position
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, (both verbally and in writing)
Ability to effectively use MS Office 365 applications
