GAC Shipping S.A. in Greece (www.gac.com/greece) is a leading provider of logistics, shipping and marine services, and we are currently looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our team in Piraeus.

  • Confirm freight bookings and tracking orders for timely delivery

  • Track and monitor the status of orders

  • Set up documentation as per requests

  • Work closely with the Sales Department to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations

  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Timely handling of customer queries

  • Serve as a professional representative for the company

Job requirements

  • BSc or equivalent degree

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, (both verbally and in writing)

  • Ability to effectively use MS Office 365 applications
