Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating safe/timely movement of cargo, via international road network

  • Confirming freight bookings and tracking orders for timely delivery

  • Selecting optimal transport routes & carriers

  • Constant monitoring of shipments’ progress, providing updates to all involved parties

  • Handling related documentation (import/export paperwork, customs clearance, and invoicing)

  • Working closely with the Sales Department to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations

  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Timely handling of customer queries and offer advice to customers depending on each case, about freight details and pick up/ delivery times

  • Serving as a professional representative for the company

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • BSc or equivalent degree

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Greek and English (verbal and written)

  • A third European language would be considered an advantage

  • Ability to effectively use MS Office 365 applications
