Customer Service Officer for Freight Forwarding

Job description

To understand freight forwarding business, including sea freight, air freight and road transportation. 

To promote the Company’s business and services.

To liaise with customers and agents and assist with any cargo claims.

To monitor all shipments from loading to final destination and advise clients about their shipment status.

To liaise with suppliers / subcontractors and oversee and evaluate their performance.

To keep the Company’s website and social media pages up to date.

Job requirements

University/ college degree in related field.

A minimum of 5 years experience in customer service/ sales.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications 

Excellent written and verbal Greek and English

Excellent communication skills
