We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven finance professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities and high levels of integrity, accountability and attention to detail for the role of Credit Controller with our team in Sri Lanka.

What Would Your Day Look Like?

If appointed, you will monitor customer accounts, follow-up on outstanding invoices, resolve payment disputes and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely collections. You will help maintain healthy cash flow, prepare financial reports and support effective credit control practices across the business.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring/managing accounts receivable.

• Following up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections.

• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.

• Preparing weekly and monthly AR reports.

• Investigating and resolving billing disputes.

• Monitoring credit limits and customer exposure.

• Coordinating with billing, operations and sales teams to support accurate invoicing.

What Are We Looking For?

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.

• Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industries is preferred.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and shipping documentation is an advantage.
