What would your day at GAC look like?

If you join us in this role, your key responsibilities will include:

·        Preparing quotations and pricing proposals for customers.

·        Negotiating/coordinating with vendors, agents, airlines and shipping lines to obtain competitive rates and service solutions.

·        Managing customer enquiries and providing commercial support.

·        Maintaining accurate sales and customer records.

·        Coordinating confirmed bookings with Operations teams.

·        Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.

·        Building strong relationships with customers, agents and suppliers.

·        Preparing sales reports.

·        Supporting business development activities.

·        Ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

1.        Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business.

2.        Experience: 2-3 years of experience.

3.        Technical Skills: MS office / Incoterms / knowledge of the customs clearance process.

4.        Very well-spoken English.

5.        Strong communications and problem-solving skills.
