Commercial Manager (Shipping) at GAC

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Shipping department at GAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial activities, negotiating contracts, and developing business opportunities in the shipping industry. If you have a strong background in commercial management and a passion for the maritime sector, we want to hear from you.

• Minimum 5-10+ years international experience overseas related to Shipping agency experience

• Proven track record of managing, ability to handle tenders, bids with international travel experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge about ship agency services & strong understanding of vessel operational know how preferred.

• People management skills with proven track record will be a plus.

• Any experience in upstream logistics experience (directly dealing with drilling companies) will be plus.

• Past experience in BIMCO charter-party execution will be plus

• Ability to handle contracts, tenders, bids, A-Z independently with minimum supervision.

• Ability to attend regional / commercial travel as per company requirements on short notice.

• Professional shipping / maritime qualification preferred.
