Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices and billing statements in line with company timelines and standards.

  • Review and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving any discrepancies promptly.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records to support internal audits and financial reporting.

  • Collaborate with the credit control team to track outstanding invoices and assist with timely collections.

  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments to address billing questions and ensure smooth resolution of any issues.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in billing and invoicing, preferably within a logistics or general freight environment.

  • Effective verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
