Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate invoices and billing statements in line with company timelines and standards.
Review and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records to support internal audits and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the credit control team to track outstanding invoices and assist with timely collections.
Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments to address billing questions and ensure smooth resolution of any issues.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in billing and invoicing, preferably within a logistics or general freight environment.
Effective verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
