GAC Shipping (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is offering an Airfreight Customer Service Internship at our KLIA office. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in managing air export and import shipments, coordinating with customers and government agencies, and supporting operational and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day communication with customers, agents and vendors regarding airfreight shipments

• Support air export and import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, pickups/deliveries and dispatch of final documents

• Help with billing, costing and credit collection processes

• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with QHSSE, ISO and OSHA standards

• Support Air Export/Import Managers and KLIA Station Manager in operational tasks

• Learn to identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• A student currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation/Shipping, or related fields

• Good communication skills in English and Malay (written and spoken)

• Team player with strong organizational skills

• Interest in airfreight operations, export/import documentation, billing, and customs clearance

Learning Opportunities
