If appointed as our AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying AI-powered applications that support our business. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and data teams to translate business problems into scalable and intelligent AI solutions aligned with the company’s technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing AI models from concept through to deployment.

• Translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Designing, building and maintaining AI algorithms and applications.

• Collaborating with data science teams to develop efficient data pipelines and systems.

• Integrating AI solutions into existing company platforms and workflows.

• Validating, testing and deploying machine learning models.

• Monitoring and improving model performance and scalability.

• Staying updated with emerging AI technologies, tools and trends.

• Presenting technical insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensuring AI solutions comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Providing technical support for deployed AI systems.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or other AI-related languages.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.

• Good understanding of machine learning, neural networks and natural language processing.

• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics and algorithms.

• Experience with databases and Big Data platforms.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.

• Ability to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
