Accounts Officer

To understand shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics business.

To reconcile daily sales to cash receipts and ensure that they are banked on a timely basis.

To handle accounts receivable and follow up on accounts payable.

To process payments and prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.

To issue invoices and process financial information.

To ensure all transactions are in line with anti-money laundering and anti-corruption policies.

To carry out financial due diligence to customers and suppliers and keep transparent records.

LCCI Accounting Higher Diploma (as a minimum).

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field.

Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications
