Job Description: Accounts Assistance at GAC

GAC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance and Accounts department as an Accounts Assistance. As an Accounts Assistance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related tasks
  • Support the Finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects


  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong interest in finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
