Job description
The main purpose of the job is made sure all the supplier invoices are booked on time, payments to supplier are arranged and job reconciliation is up to date.
Job requirements
Handling Banking Transactions
Update all the Receipts and payments in bank account in accounting system.
Follow up on all receipt’s details with the operational team.
Make sure SOAs are updated all the time.
Arrange refund payments for the excess advances received.
Job Reconciliation
Reconcile and close all the possible jobs.
Maintain reasons for all the job open above 30 days.
Highlight the debit balances in the jobs, follow up and do the needful to invoice the same to customers if required.
Ensure the number of open jobs are kept within the internal KPI set.
Highlight any suspicious transactions to Accountant / FM
Receivables & Payables
Provide Updated Receivables ageing report to business manager and FM on fortnightly basis
Assist accountant in Payable managing.
Accounting policies & procedures
Assist FM in documenting accounting policies and procedures.
Making sure those and followed and complied with.
Updating the same as and when changes or updating are agreed upon.
Ad hoc Reporting and Audit Requirements
Assist FM / Accountant with requirements of Internal / External Audit and reporting requirements.
Work closely with FM on systems implementations and improvements.
Any other tasks assigned by FM or Accountant from time to time.
